STBU places great emphasis on international exchanges and cooperation, and has established partnerships with over 20 institutions from 11 countres,including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, France,Spain, Japan, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Cyberjaya University of Malaysia is a higher education institution in Malaysia. As of 2021, the university enrolls more than 3,500 students across over 30 academic programmes, ranging from undergraduate degrees to postgraduate research programmes. Its academic offerings cover a wide range of disciplines, including Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Psychology, Homeopathic Medicine, Physiotherapy, Occupational Safety and Health, Biomedical Engineering Technology, Allied Health Sciences, and Business Administration.
The university is awarded a 5-Star (Excellent) rating in SETARA 2017, and also receives 5-Star ratings under the QS Stars? system in Teaching, Facilities, Employability, and Inclusiveness. Cyberjaya University of Malaysia is recognized by the Ministry of Education of China, and its academic qualifications are nationally accredited.
In December 2025, Cyberjaya University of Malaysia signs a strategic cooperation agreement with STBU. The two institutions collaborate on academic advancement programmes and student exchange initiatives.
Sehan University is a comprehensive and internationalized university, abbreviated as “Sehan University.” It is located in Dangjin City within the Seoul metropolitan education zone and in Yeongam County, South Jeolla Province. The university is accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea as a “Certified Excellent Institution for Educational Internationalization” and a “Certified University for Educational Internationalization Capabilities.”
Sehan University has been selected as a “Pilot and Aviation Mechanic Training Professional Education Institution” by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea, a “Unified Education Center for the Jeonnam Region” by the Ministry of Unification of Korea, and a “K-Digital Platform” by the Ministry of Labor. The university also participates in the High-tech Joint Training Center of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea and the Police Credit System by the Korean National Police Agency.
In rankings, Sehan University is 4th in the National University Internationalization Ranking by the Chungang Daily and 12th for Employment Rate among 4-year Universities in Korea, ranking 1st in Gwangju/Jeonnam (according to the Chosun Ilbo). As Korea’s only open flight school, Sehan University produces the most employees for Korean civil aviation companies. The university is often referred to as the “Holy Land of Police Studies” in Korea.
Founded in 1994 as Daebul Industrial College, it was later elevated to Daebul University and officially renamed Sehan University in 2012. The university is affiliated with Mokpo University of Science, Mokpo Women’s Business High School, and the Sehan University Confucius Institute. It also operates Mokpo Central Hospital, Gwangyang Central Hospital, and the largest firefighting training center in Korean higher education, Sehan FSC. The university is home to several research institutions, including the Industry-Academia-Research Finance Center and the Regional Development Research Center.
