Building a New Platform for International Communication: The
On the evening of December 16, 2025, the tea art room B4-102 of Sichuan Technology and Business University was transformed into a vibrant international exchange community. The first "GO GREEN" themed English corner, co-hosted by the College of International Education and the College of Humanities Education, was successfully held.
This marked a solid step forward in building an immersive international campus environment and enhancing students’ global competence. Professor Chen Chunfa, Vice President of the university and Dean of the College of International Education, attended and guided the event.
At the beginning of the activity, Vice President Chen Chunfa delivered a speech encouraging students to break the silence bravely. He pointed out: "The core of language learning lies in practice and application. Do not hold back for fear of making mistakes; every attempt is an important step to connect with the world." His warm and inspiring words instantly ignited the participation enthusiasm of all present.

The activity was well-designed with coherent sessions. Starting with the warm-up "Sentence Shadowing" pronunciation imitation, followed by the fun challenge of the "Spelling Bee" word competition, students quickly integrated into the all-English context.

The highlight of the activity was the "Free Talk" session. Groups conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics including campus environmental protection practices and challenges of green technology. The atmosphere was lively with constant sparks of ideas.
