From Talent Cultivation to International Exchange! Sino-Germ
On the morning of November 23, the signing and inauguration ceremony of the Sino-German Talent Development Base between Sichuan Technology and Business University and the European Small and Medium Enterprises Association (ESMEA) was held at CEI (Chengdu) Education Management Co., Ltd.
Wang Xiuli, Chairperson of the China Region of ESMEA, Gao Ensheng, Vice President of Sichuan Technology and Business University, as well as leaders from the International Cooperation Department and relevant secondary colleges, gathered to witness this important moment of deepening Sino-German educational cooperation and upgrading talent cultivation.
At the ceremony, Chairperson Wang Xiuli delivered a welcome speech. She introduced the general development of ESMEA and CEI (Chengdu) Education Management Co., Ltd., elaborated on the project content, core positioning and cooperation vision of the Sino-German Talent Development Base, and emphasized that the base will focus on integrating Sino-German educational resources and build a bridge for talent cultivation between enterprises and universities.
Vice President Gao Ensheng introduced the university’s educational characteristics, disciplinary layout and achievements in talent cultivation. He stated that the university has always been committed to promoting international educational cooperation. The collaboration with ESMEA will provide students with a broader international practice platform and help the university cultivate interdisciplinary talents to meet the needs of Sino-German cooperation.
At the event, representatives of both parties completed the signing and held the inauguration ceremony for the Sino-German Talent Development Base.
After the ceremony, the participants held in-depth discussions on base construction, talent cultivation, school-enterprise resource sharing, student internships and employment in Germany, laying a solid foundation for follow-up cooperation.
In the next step, the two parties will carry out all-round cooperation on the development of international education curricula, adjustment of overseas internship resources, organization and training of students for overseas internships and employment. By introducing German vocational qualification certification training and launching Sino-German student exchange programs, the base will upgrade from a talent cultivation platform to an international exchange hub, building a solid platform for students’ high-quality employment and the university’s international development.
